"I love these tiles!"
My first order (of really stunning dark blue herringbone tiles) from Tiles Direct came no problems, on a pallet, on time, with great communication from Palletways. But it turned out I didn't have enough to finish the bathroom so made a second order.
This second experience was a bit different. It was delayed with zero communication and I then came here on Trustpilot and totally panicked. I couldn't get hold of anyone at Tiles Direct and it was holding up my building project. I chased and chased and eventually actually spoke to a nice customer service agent. She assured me they had been despatched though gave an excuse about a delivery truck breakdown. I was then given a tracking number for DX - who were the courier this time - and DX said in fact the address hadn't been put on the parcel clearly. BUT then the tiles arrived, actually only 4-5 days later than expected and in perfect condition.
Basically I can't fault the tiles (which really are incredibly beautiful and unique) or the first delivery. I just wish they had better customer service (ummmm answer your phone!!). Because if I'd just known there'd be a delay rather than fearing they might never arrive, I'd have been fine. As it was my anxiety went through the roof!
Anyway, over all I'd say - my experience was mostly fine. Just order with a credit card, and do it well in advance of your build, so you can be sure to have them when you need.
