Everything arrived safe and sound, and not a single tile was broken!! The packaging was solid, so I’m happy with how it showed up.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous ordering bathroom tiles online, but the ones I got from Tiles Direct were really close to the photos and description. The colour looked accurate, and the size and finish were exactly what I expected. No surprises when they arrived, which made the whole process much easier. I’d definitely use them again

I found the tiles I wanted really quickly, and checking out was nice and simple. i’d recommend it if you want a hassle-free way to shop for tiles.

The tiles themselves were completely fine once they finally arrived, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual product. They looked as expected and nothing was damaged, which was a relief. The main issue for me was just the delivery time. It ended up taking longer than I thought it would, and there weren’t many updates along the way, so I was kind of left wondering when the order was actually going to show up. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but it would’ve been a lot better if the shipping was a bit quicker or if there had been more communication during the wait.

I reached out to support and they got back to me really quickly. Nice. It made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful

I ordered a few tile samples and they showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The pieces were a good size too, so we could actually see how they looked in our space instead of just guessing from a photo. It made the whole decision feel a lot more thoughtful and less rushed

A few of the tiles I wanted were actually out of stock, which was frustrating.

I’m really pleased with these tiles. They were cheaper than the other options I looked at, but still feel like good quality overall. Definitely happy with the value for money! 👍

I really wanted to like this, well, I do like how it looks, but the quality just wasn’t there for me. It started chipping way sooner than I expected, which was disappointing.

Tiles Direct has a really decent range, with loads of styles and colours to go through. I ended up finding some bathroom tiles I hadn’t seen in any of the local shops, so that was a nice surprise.

The only thing is, there’s almost too much to look at. Some of the categories had tiles that looked really similar, and I spent ages comparing them before realising I probably should’ve just trusted my first instinct.

Overall, it’s a good place to browse if you’ve got the time and patience. I just think the site would be easier with better filters, but I’m still happy with what I found.

I was waiting around for this delivery while trying to get a few things done at home, and it ended up showing up late. What made it more annoying was that nobody could really give me a straight answer about what was going on. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely a messy experience

Returning my order was such a hassle, honestly. The whole return process felt way more complicated than it needed to be, and then the refund took way too long. I kept waiting and checking, waiting and checking, and it just dragged on. I get that refunds can take some time, but this was frustrating.

Send the wrong tiles. The manager Sam Laher and Customer service was awful and not helpful at all. I end up taking Tiles direct and the Manager to the Small Court and Court Decided in my favour and a Verdict is recorded against TILES Direct and The Manager. Avoid that Company at all costs. I will be applying for the warrant now against them through Court.
